3. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order for individual hampers. For bulk or return gift orders (e.g., birthday parties, school events), the minimum quantity may vary depending on customization. Feel free to reach out and we’ll guide you!
4. How much time do you need for acustom order?
We typically need 9–10 days for customized orders. If you’re in a hurry, let us know—we’ll do our best to make magic happen sooner!
5. Do you offer delivery across India?
Yes, we ship PAN India.
- Gurgaon: 2–3 days
- Delhi NCR: 4–5 days
- Rest of India: 8–9 days
6. How is the packaging done?
Our hampers are beautifully packed with attention to theme, color coordination, and visual appeal. We use premium boxes, cute fillers, and add personal touches to every order.
7. Can I return or exchange a hamper?
We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, in the rare case of a damaged or missing item, you may be eligible for a refund. A box opening video is mandatory to process any refund claims.
8. Do prices change with customization?
Our base prices are inclusive of standard customization like color or minor swaps. However, prices may vary for major changes or premium item additions.
9. Can I order a hamper as a surprisegift?
Absolutely! We love surprises! Just let us know it’s a surprise and we’ll make sure the packaging and timing match the occasion perfectly.

11. Can I cancel myorder after placing it?
Yes, you can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. However, please note that the amount will not be refunded but will be issued as store credit, which you can use for any future purchase.
12. Can I choose theitems in my hamper?
Yes! If you're placing a custom order, you can suggest themes, color preferences, and item types. We'll curate the hamper based on your inputs and budget.
13. Do you offerbulk discounts?
Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk or corporate orders. Discounts vary depending on the quantity and customization level. Contact us for a custom quote.
14. Can I scheduledelivery for a specific date?
We do our best to accommodate date-specific deliveries, especially for birthdays, festivals, or surprise gifts. Please contact us for any such special request. We will do our best to cater your needs.
15. What modes ofpayment do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via UPI, cards, net banking, and payment links. Cash on Delivery is currently not available.

17. Do you include amessage or gift note in the hamper?
